Pay Per Click Business Advertising

One of the most popular types of business advertising is pay per click. It is one way many use to get traffic to their site. The price you pay fot this type of advertising depends on the effectiveness of your key word and how many viwers they bring to your site. This article will discuss pay per click, how to set it up and how to detect fraudlant activity. By the end of my column you will be able to make an educated decesion on whether pay per click is right for you.
To get started using pay per click you first need to come up with key words ideas. Something that descibes your web site. You can do this by searching words on Google's adwords. All you have to do is type in a group of words and then click on get keyword ideas. This will bring up a group of words and how many times they have been searched in a month. The higher the numbers the better. Once you've found some keywords you then go to a pay per click search engine site, search the key words, and then bid on them.
First place is the best of course as long as you don't have to pay dearly to get it. Second and third are good but I wouldn't go lower than 6th place. After that you are just waisting money.
Let me give you an example of what I've just described. . Lets say I wanted to add online business as a pay per click word. when I search on that word I find the bids highest to lowest are $0.08 $0.07$0.06 $0.05$0.04 $0.03. That would mean I would have to bid $0.10 per click to be ranked first in the seach engines and $0.02  to be ranked seventh. 7th ranking isn't worth the trouble and ten cents for one word would soon break my budget.  So I would find other key that are as effective but won't be as costly. Once I've found good key word that are reasonably priced I will bid on it. Now every time some one searches for that word my website will pop up in the results.
Since I've told you about how to set up pay perclick I should warn you about click fraud, a problem that contines to worsen every day. What is click fraud? click fraud is when some one clicks on a site continusly with no intent on viewing or purchacing anything from the site. Usually the ones who commmit such an devieous act are competitiors and people are paid per each web site they visit.
Yahoo and  Google are looking for ways to stop this fraud. Many other search engines say they already have some security in place. Until there is a fool proof plan I will arm you with a few ways to protect yourself against fraud.
One way to safeguard your site against fraud is to monitor viewer statistics. Be suspicious of  an increase in views. especially if the views are coming from the same IP address. Utilizing hosting sites, and other online services to help you detect suspicous activity is another choice. Many of these sites can even provide you with necessary documents needed to press charges.
That my dear readers is the pay per click basics. I do hope I have helped you understand pay per click advertising, If you still have questions about this or other type of business advertising please don't hesitate to email me a buildingadreamtogether@gmail.com.
Thank you for reading my article. I hope to see you again next week, take care.

It should grab the readers attention
It should be original
.The ads should contain strong keywords that has been highly searched You can do a keyword seach through google adwords. https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal#

The first Two sentences
The first 2 sentences  is the most important text in advertising. If your reader isn't interested they will move on. The sentences of the ad should  be strong.

The Body

Legitimate Home Business

Although the web has created a lot of opportunities for home businesses it has also created a opportunity for scams. Scams that take people for millions of dollars every day. By following my simple guidelines you will know more about what to look for when deciding to join a company.
Once you have found a business that interests you should investigate the company before you agree to anything. When I say investigate I mean check company age, background, financial stability, location, management, compensation plans, company policies. I know this may seem like a lot of work, but it could save you a lot of scam deals in the long run.
  • What is your initial reaction when you enter the site? Does it appear authentic? Is it organized with a lot of helpful information? If so you are on the right tack.
  • What is there standings with the Better Business Bureau? Do they have any complaints against them? if so what are they? Where they taken care of? If so how, and how long did it take them to respond? How did they respond?
  • Next check there physical address and phone number. Is that the correct address? Is the number they give working and does it connect to the business? Can you talk to a person? If you get an answer machine will they return your call? If so how long does it take? A good business should return your call promptly, withing 24 hours.
  • How long has the company been in business? Are they financially stable?I would choose one that is well established and has been in business at least two years. Statistically a majority of businesses don't make it 2 years.
  • Who is running the company? How much experience do they have? How is their past record? Has there been any complaints against them? Also check business spending. Do they spend a lot of money on unneeded items? If so these expenditures could be taking money away from you.
  • Does the site require a membership fee, inventory or other upfront charges? If so how much?
  • Does the company have a refund policy and if so what is it?
  • Check the companies mission statement, policies, and compensation plan. How long is the policy and procedures? Be cautious of long policy and procedure manuals. Is there anything in the policy and procedures that upsets you? Is there things you don't understand? How is the compensation plan set up? In other words how many people would you need to make your dream income? Is this feasible? Be sure to ask a lot of questions to ensure everything is on the up and up.
  • Lastly what assistance do they give you for free?Do they offer free training and support? Will you have a mentor to help train you? Do they offer you a web site or do you have to build your own at your own expense? Generally a good legitimate business will offer free training free mentoring and your own web site. They should also offer you tools like a learning center, seminars, and a back office to help get your business off the ground.
If
  • The business has poor standings with the BBB, has complaints against them.
  • The address or phone number is incorrect.
  • The compensation plan is poor,
  • The the policy wording has you concerned
  • You become suspicious about your finding, or there actions run as fast as you can. What you have is probably a scam.
If
all of these checks out well you probably have found a legitimate business. Sill I would you caution when proceeding, ask a lot of questions, including hidden charges and cancellation policies.

Spam Overload

I was a stay at home mom that needed legitimate work at home. My first though like many people was to search it, so I did. The results was so numerous I wasn't sure where to begin. Once I was over the initial shock I began my investigation. Most of these supposed legitimate work at home opportunities, sounded to good to be true, promising things that would be impossible to deliver. If they wasn't trying to feed me a bunch of bologna then they were asking for upfront fee. After an hour of reading, feeling like the entire idea was completely absurd I gave up.
The next morning when I checked my email I noticed it had over 200 messages from my search results. I thought this is ridiculous and deleted them all without opening any of them. I didn't think I could stomach more bologna. The following morning I had over 200 messages again. This continued for Weeks. Eventually gave up the quest of finding work at home.
About a month later I told my friend about what I'd been doing and she introduced me to a wonderful company. One that I can build my own business set my own hours, bring in a substantial income and still have plenty of time for my family. At first I was sceptically. I'd just undergone weeks of spam mail and I sure didn't want to start the process over. When she told me that it was 100% risk free I jumped at the chance. Now I am so glad I did.

Proceed With Caution.

This week I looked into ways I could improve my blog standings with the search engines. I quickly goggled traffic exchange and came up with hundreds of businesses. I also goggled banner exchange and link exchange again came up with overwhelming results. I clicked on an ad after ad and if it said free I signed up.
The next morning I was overloaded with mail offering great deals. At first I checked them out, but as the week wore on I began realizing most I'd seen at least once before. Some didn't have my name on instead it had (costumers name) My initial reaction was well heck if you are going to spam me at least put my name on it, make the offer look legit anyhow. I began searching though the companies and would you believe the BBB has no Record of at least half of them. The half that sends all the junk mail of course. Later I found out they make these offers to get your email address to add to their list that they will later sale for a large profit. I did however find a few companies I do plan to use. So it isn't all a loss.
My piece of advice for the week is this:
1. Don't sign up for anything that says free or time sensitive until you've checked the business out first. No matter how good the offer.
2. When you do sign up be smart and make another email account for this project. Otherwise you might loose important email among all the spam.
